Tanjay has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any User Content. Tanjay takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site contains intellectual property owned by Tanjay, including copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property (“Tanjay IP”). Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 will survive any termination of your relationship with Tanjay.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises between you and Tanjay, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution.
If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days after submission, you or Tanjay may bring a formal proceeding. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be in the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tanjay with respect to this Site and supersedes any prior agreements.
